This March, NCO will be supporting Music for All's Learn to Play Day!
The charity's flagship event invites members of the general public to come to one of the many participating venues in the UK and enjoy a free taster session on a musical instrument.
Now in its fifth year, the popular event receives recognition from notable music makers such as jazz musician Jamie Cullum and choirmaster Gareth Malone. In 2015, over 129 venues put on events ranging from music shops to music services and even churches. People who have never played, and people who used to play, all came on the day to try an instrument.
NCO will be supporting the event in Bristol's Mickleburgh on Saturday 12 March, and Cambridge's Millers Music on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 March. If you're local to the area, why not pop in to say hello and pick up that French horn whilst you're at it!
