NCO is looking to employ three Orchestra Managers into the Regionals team for 2019.
We are advertising for three experienced and energetic individuals to ensure the smooth running of NCO's South Westerlies, London Juniors and London Seniors Regional Orchestras.
The posts of Regional Orchestra Managers ensure that NCO can run high-quality orchestral opportunities for young people across Great Britain. They will work with the Regional Orchestras and Outreach Manager to ensure that the specific Regional is well organised, well run and equipped to support every child who takes part.
Purpose of the role:
- Manage the month-to-month running of the orchestra including the communication with parents, administrative plans and processes and
- In liaison with Regional Orchestras and Outreach Manager, to manage the successful planning and execution of the rehearsals, and the final concert/sharing event.
- To be NCO’s on-the-ground presence at rehearsals; acting as the point of contact for parents, orchestral mentors, sectional tutors and conductor.
