NCO is searching for an inspirational Chair
The National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain is the UK’s only national charity to inspire children aged 7 to 14 years old from all backgrounds to achieve their full potential through learning and performing orchestral music.
We are now searching for an inspirational Chair to lead the next stage of our development. You may be an outstanding figure in the music world or in corporate or public life; but whatever your background you will be passionate about NCO’s vision.
The Chair will be appointed for a 3 year term, which is renewable. The realistic time commitment will be one day per week to attend board meetings (four per year in London), preparation time, internal discussions, events and public concerts.
We welcome your interest in this important opportunity, to learn more and receive a candidate brief please call or email Russell Brandon our adviser at Semita Research on 01962 864124 or[email protected] for a confidential conversation.
Application deadline by 5pm on Monday 23 September 2019.
First interviews for shortlisted candidates will be in London w/c Monday 30 September 2019.
NCO welcomes applications from people from any background regardless of race, age, gender, disability or sexuality
